Minno Standard Limited Warranty

When you purchase a Minno product, we assure you that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date you bought it. This warranty applies to new products bought from Minno or one of our authorized resellers. Remember to keep your original invoice handy as proof of purchase. We're here to help if something goes wrong.
Should your Minno product fail during normal use within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it. This warranty covers hardware, manufacturing, and power-related issues, excluding power surges and electrical spikes. Any products or components repaired or replaced by Minno will continue to be covered by the warranty for the remaining period or for at least three months, whichever is longer.
Please note, this warranty does not cover failures caused by incorrect installation, operation, cleaning or maintenance, accidental damage, misuse, or abuse. It also does not cover third-party modifications, non-Minno hardware, software programs, or normal wear and tear.
Your Minno product comes pre-installed with software. For third-party software issues, you might need to contact your vendor. If the operating system on your product has been altered, our support might be limited.
You'll be responsible for the costs of shipping your product to us for service. After the service or repairs are completed, we'll cover the cost of shipping it back to you.

To streamline the process, please have your product's model name, serial number, and a copy of the sales invoice ready. Also, try to be in front of your Minno product and have it turned on, if possible, when you contact us.
Returning Your Product
We recommend returning your product in its original packaging to better protect it during transit. Please note that any additional items and accessories should not be sent unless specifically requested by Minno, as these won't be returned. If your product is packed in anything other than its original packaging, additional charges may apply for appropriate anti-shock packaging when it's returned.
Before sending your product for service, remember to back up your data and remove any confidential or proprietary information. Minno isn't responsible for data loss or damage during service.
Limitations and Exclusions
Please note, this warranty doesn't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the product. It covers only failures or malfunctions during the warranty period under normal use conditions, as well as any material or workmanship defect. The warranty won't apply under conditions such as unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, misuse, improper maintenance, accidental damage, improper installation, or use of non-Minno components.
A Final Note
This warranty policy represents the complete agreement between you and Minno regarding your product's warranty. It supersedes any prior agreement or representation. Changes to this warranty policy are valid only if made in writing and signed by an authorized Minno representative.
