Official Notice: Minno is not ML Rugged

Minno is an independent American manufacturer of rugged, AI-ready hardware. We design, build, and support rugged tablets, panel PCs, and edge AI devices for enterprise, industrial, and government customers, and we operate directly in Mexico and Latin America through our own channels and authorized partners.

False statements are circulating in the Mexican market about Minno's identity and about who is authorized to sell Minno products. We are correcting the record plainly.

Minno has not changed its name. Minno has not been acquired, merged, dissolved, or rebranded as any other company. Minno is not now, and has never been, ML Rugged.

ML Rugged is not Minno. ML Rugged is not a Minno brand, subsidiary, affiliate, or authorized distributor, and has no authority to represent Minno or to present itself to the market as Minno. ML Rugged is not authorized to use the Minno name or Minno's product names, including Maverick, Intrepid, Apex, Endurance, Challenger, and Sherpa.

Gectech is not authorized to make these claims. Gectech de México, S.A. de C.V. ("Gectech"), through its website gectech.mx, is publicly stating that "Minno is now ML Rugged" and that "ML Rugged is Minno," and is offering devices under Minno's product names on that basis. These statements are false. Gectech is not authorized to represent Minno, to declare that Minno has been renamed, or to sell devices as Minno or under Minno's product names.

Devices sold under these claims are not Minno devices. Equipment offered as "ML Rugged" or "Minno" by ML Rugged or Gectech is not built by Minno. It does not pass Minno's triple-layer quality control, does not receive Minno's software validation or firmware, and carries no Minno warranty, no Minno support, and no access to Minno's US-hosted OTA update platform. A device carrying a Minno product name is not a Minno device unless it came from Minno or an authorized Minno partner.

Any statement that Minno and ML Rugged are the same company, that Minno has become ML Rugged, or that ML Rugged or Gectech is authorized to represent Minno or sell Minno products, is false.

What this means for you. If you are buying or running these devices, verify the source. Devices from unauthorized sources have not been tested or validated to Minno's standards, are not covered by Minno's warranty or support, and cannot receive updates from Minno's platform. In industrial and government deployments, that is an operational and procurement risk, not a branding question.
