  • Fast repair or replacement—48-hour turnaround for first-year claims
  • Free return shipping of your repaired or replacement device, within the continental US

Isn’t a longer Warranty better?

Not really. Most manufacturing defects reveal themselves early. Once a device has operated for 18-months, the emergence of a manufacturing defect is very rare. So, a longer warranty duration offers little value to our customers but adds to the device's price just to administer it.

For maximum peace of mind, upgrade to Minno Protection Plus for accidental damage coverage:

  • Covers accidental drops, spills, and impact damage for one occurrence
  • Up to one major component repair per year (screen, motherboard, battery)

Simple Claims Process

Need warranty service? We've made it straightforward:

1. Submit Technical Support Request

Visit ruggedtablets.com/tablet-support/#support-ticket.  Provide serial number and describe the issue. Most requests are approved within 4 hours if received during business hours.

2. Ship Your Device

Pack your device securely, including the adapter and cord. Ship using your preferred carrier and forward the tracking information to support@ruggedtablets.com.  We will handle the shipping back to you. 

3. Fast Resolution

Once we receive your device, we'll diagnose, repair, or replace your device and ship it back. First-year claims: 48-hour turnaround, during business hours. Years 2: 5-7 business days. For mission-critical deployments, ask about our advanced replacement program.
