Minno Standard Limited Warranty

Overview
At Minno, we stand behind our products. When you purchase a Minno product, we guarantee it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from purchase under normal use conditions. This warranty applies to new products purchased directly from Minno or an authorized reseller. Please retain your original invoice as proof of purchase. If something goes wrong, we’re here to assist you.
Warranty Coverage
If your Minno product experiences a defect under normal usage conditions within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it. This warranty covers issues related to hardware, manufacturing, and power-related failures, excluding damages caused by power surges or electrical spikes. Any repaired or replaced products will remain covered under the original warranty period or for an additional three months, whichever is longer.

EOL Warranty Policy
EOL devices are sold at reduced prices and include a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use. Repair and parts support will remain available until current inventory is depleted.
Shipping Policy, Duties, Taxes, Tariffs, Customs & VAT
- Shipping fee included on invoice
- In-stock items: Ship within 2–4 business days after payment
- Out-of-stock items: Ship within 3–6 weeks after payment
- Duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, and VAT/IVA are the customer’s responsibility, including those applicable to warranty replacement devices and parts.
Limitations & Exclusions
This warranty does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of your Minno product. It only covers failures or malfunctions occurring under normal use due to material or workmanship defects. It does not apply to damages caused by:
- Failures due to improper installation, operation, cleaning maintenance, or accidental damage.
- Customer modifications or repairs void the device 2 year warranty.
- Replacement parts are non-refundable.
- Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse.
- Third-party modifications.
- Non-Minno hardware or software programs.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Unauthorized modifications.
- Natural disasters.
- Improper installation or use of non-Minno components.
- Minno products come with pre-installed software. For issues related to third-party software, please contact the respective vendor. If your operating system has been modified, our support may be limited.

- Product model name and serial number.
- A copy of your sales invoice or invoice number
Returning Your Product
To ensure your product is protected during transit, please return it in the original box, including all protective inserts. If alternative packaging is used, additional charges may apply.
Returned items must be in new condition and include all items listed on your invoice (device, power cord with adapter, and any applicable accessories). Please do not include extra accessories, as they cannot be returned or credited.
Devices must remain in their original, unmodified condition, with no changes made to the boot-up screen, software, operating system, or settings. This includes any modifications to the operating system such as installed programs, altered system configurations, or settings differing from the original factory state.
For security reasons, any password-protected devices — including those with a BIOS, Windows, or Android password — will incur a $250 factory reset fee.
Data Protection
Before sending your product for service, back up all critical data and remove confidential or proprietary information. Minno is not responsible for data loss or damage incurred during service.
Final Note
This warranty policy represents the entire agreement between you and Minno regarding your product’s warranty and supersedes any prior agreements or representations. Any modifications to this policy must be made in writing and signed by an authorized Minno representative.
