Minno Tablet - Return & Exchange Policy

Minno stands behind the quality of all its products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days for a refund as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. If you are past the 30-day window or have a defective item, please send an email to, and we'll work to resolve the issue.


All Minno products come with a 2-year limited warranty. Minno allows one warranty claim per purchased product. Minno will send a replacement device to enable you to continue to work without delay, but if we assess that we can quickly repair a device, we opt to do so at our discretion. Minno's warranty covers manufacturing or workmanship defects but does not cover all accidental damage resulting from wear and tear, misuse/abuse, or modification of the product. Minno cannot guarantee that the exact style or product will be in stock at the time of the warranty claim. If your specific item is irreplaceable and your return is eligible, you will receive credit equal to the value of your original purchase or a comparable product.


Proof of purchase

All warranty claims for items not purchased directly from Minno Tablet or must include proof of purchase. Any item purchased from an unauthorized reseller will not be valid for returns or warranty claims. Minno is not liable for any damages resulting from using any Minno product.


Shipping Charges

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where Minno has made a shipping error. All VAT/Import taxes and duties are the receiver's responsibility and are non-refundable. Once the condition is verified, Minno will cover the cost of shipping your replacement tablet. The customer will pay for the return of the damaged unit.
